The Environmental Partnership Initiative
The Environmental Partnership Initiative (EPI) was created to increase awareness and promote opportunities available for people and groups to take part in community-based environmental programs. It is part of the City Council’s goal to create opportunities for people to engage with local projects, increase the sense of community, and enhance Richardson’s quality of life.
