The City Council meets in a Work session every Monday beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Richardson Room of the Civic Center/City Hall for a briefing and informal discussion of upcoming agenda items and issues of importance to the City. On the second and fourth Monday, at 7:30 p.m., the City Council convenes into a Regular Meeting in the Council Chamber where they will deliberate and vote on agenda items. An opportunity for visitors to address the Council is provided during the first and third Monday Worksessions and the second and fourth Monday Regular Meetings.

CPC Meeting Agendas and Documents Upcoming Public Hearings and Development Status Report General InformationThe City Plan Commission (CPC) makes recommendations regarding land use, public improvements, planning and zoning, and thoroughfare improvements. The CPC also reviews subdivision plats, development plans, site plans, and certain variance requests.
Note: Prior to making an initial submittal, applicants must schedule a mandatory pre-submittal conference with a member of the Development Services Department a minimum of five (5) working days prior to the application deadline by calling 972-744-4240.

ZBA Meeting Agendas and Documents General Information
The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) considers requests for variances to the City zoning and fence ordinances (i.e., setbacks, height, lot coverage, building materials and fence height and location).
Note: After a variance need has been determined by the Building Inspection Department, applicants must schedule a meeting with the appropriate member of the Development Services Department prior to the submittal deadline by calling 972-744-4240.

Seven Members usually meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month.
Acts as an advisory board recommending funds to support and promote cultural/arts organizations. After the requests are reviewed by the Commission, they are sent to the City Council for final consideration. Funding for the various arts organizations is through the hotel/motel tax fund.
Meets in the City Manager's Office Conference Room in Suite 201.

The Eisemann Center Foundation was established in 2002 by the City of Richardson to help administer philanthropic gifts specifically designated for the support of the Charles W. Eisemann Center for Performing Arts and Corporate Presentations. The Board is appointed by City Council and meets annually in May.

Current Agendas
The commission assists the Animal Services Division in complying with requirements of Chapter 823, Health & Safety Code and other applicable state and local laws by submitting recommendations to the Animal Services Division. Seven members include a licensed veterinarian, a municipal official, the City of Richardson Animal Services Manager, a representative from an animal welfare organization and three residents of the City. Required to meet three times a year.
