If you need to check on the status of your report you will need to contact Oncor directly. If you have reported this issue to Oncor and believe you are not getting a proper resolution, you may ask the City's Franchise division to inquire on your behalf.  The City of Richardson has no direct control over the speed and resolution of street light outages.
