Beginning Nov. 1, 2014 the City switched back to an every-other-week watering schedule. Even-numbered addresses can water every other Saturday, and odd-numbered addresses can water every other Sunday.
The need for water restrictions continues due to the low water level in the North Texas Municipal Water District’s main reservoirs. Lake Lavon (30 percent of the district’s water supply), is 12.78 feet low, while Lake Texoma (28 percent), is 6.11 feet low. Watering is not allowed between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. See Watering Schedule
