 Helpful Information Regarding Your Bill
You will not receive your first month’s bill until your account has been active for at least 30 to 45 days. Once your first statement is generated, you may sign up online which will allow you to further manage your account and view online statements.


Bill Due Dates and Fees
Bills are issued monthly, and your due date will be 15 days from the bill date. Delinquent notices are sent if payment is not received by the day following the due date. A 10% penalty is added to the amount due if the payment is late.

Assessing Your Bill
Each customer has a meter that is read electronically every month. This reading is uploaded into our meter reading software which subtracts the previous reading for that meter in order to calculate the total consumption for the billing period. These readings are downloaded into our billing software which then calculates your bill. It should be noted that each account goes through a series of reviews to ensure utmost accuracy.
