  • Commercial - Monday's collections (front-load & roll-off) will be collected during the course of this week with a priority on high volume containers (restaurants and apartments).
  • Recycling – Monday & Tuesday zones will be collected on Tuesday with a strong possibility of working Wednesday (depending on how collections progress).
  • BABIC – Brush And Bulky Item Collection (BABIC) Monday & Tuesday zones will be collected on Tuesday with a strong possibility of working Wednesday (depending on how collections progress).

Road Response
Richardson street crews are sanding area intersections, bridges and overpasses as necessary and will continue operations as needed.

Water Utilities
As temperatures begin to rise, the next concern will be the potential for water main breaks and bursting pipes at Richardson homes and businesses.

City utility workers recommend you identify where to shut-off the water to your home in case you experience a break.

Residents are asked to call 972-744-4111 for assistance.

Residents are encouraged to visit the City’s website at www.cor.net/winterweather for updated information on closures and alterations to City services.
