Award winning photos may be claimed at the conclusion of the Awards Ceremony/Workshop on February 19, 2013.
Unclaimed photos will become the property of the City of Richardson Parks & Recreation Department after February 28, 2013.
The City of Richardson Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to print, publish or copy any photograph for the purpose of advertising this contest.
