The Community Programs division strives to create successful and sustainable Richardson neighborhoods. Programming encourages stakeholders to improve their community beyond minimum standards enforced by Code Enforcement. Some of our programs center around empowering community leaders to organize and accomplish common goals, while other programs focus on utilizing strategies that address specific challenges faced by Richardson neighborhoods.
