Tables
The Richardson Civic Center possesses an adaptable and ample collection of beige tables. The following tables are available on a first-come first-served basis for our clients, in accordance with room setup limitations and fire codes.

Skirting
With four (4) pleated skirt colors to choose from the Civic Center offers a variety of decorative options. The following skirts are available on a first-come first –served basis.
        Note: The use of white skirts requires an additional fee of $15 per skirt.

Drape

Pipe and Drape can transform the look of your room.  Two sections of colored 10'  each may be added to your room without additional cost.  Any additional pipe & drape is priced at $10 per 10' section for black, burgandy or navy.   White drape is an additional $50 per 10' section.

 

Staging
Versatile is this portable, carpeted stage. At 32” high, we offer (16) 4’ x 8’ sections allowing for a variety of flexible configurations. The stage is limited to Grand Hall use only. The stage can be skirted to match the table skirting in black, burgundy, navy or white.
       Note: The use of white skirting requires an additional fee of $60.


Riser
The Civic Center has (4) sections of portable 6’ x 8’ riser at 16” high. The riser is available on a first-come first-served basis. The riser can be skirted to match the table skirting in black, burgundy, navy or white.
       Note: The use of white skirting requires an additional fee of $30.


Dance Floor
The Civic Center has a one-dance floor each, available for the Richardson and Parks rooms. Each dance floor has (16) sections of portable 4’ x 4’ dance floor allowing for 16 x 16, 12 x 12 or 8 x 8 configurations. The Grand Hall has an acoustical tile floor which acts as a dance floor.


Press A/V System
The Civic Center has a portable system, which can be plugged into either the Grand Hall or Richardson room audio-visual system to accommodate an additional eight (8) microphones to either system. This system also has the capability to record audio and accommodate up to twelve (12) audio press patches. There is an additional cost of $500 to use this system.


Miscellaneous Equipment & Additional Fees
Included in the cost of your room is the setup of tables and chairs, audio-visual & enough linens & skirting to handle a customary event. For details please see the room description section and look under amenities for your specific room. While most equipment and services are included in the price of your room booking, some are not. Below is an inventory of the items available and cost if applicable such as, podiums, flip charts, etc. These items are available on a first-come first-served basis.
