Richardson Wins "Keep Texas Beautiful" Award

Richardson recently won 3rd place for Keep Texas Beautiful's 2012 Government Award. This award recognizes outstanding contributions to the Texas environment that have been made by government departments or agencies. Richardson's recognition is for its Community Gardens and Rainwater Harvesting programs.
