Water Utilities
As temperatures begin to rise, the next concern will be the potential for water main breaks and bursting pipes at Richardson homes and businesses.

City utility workers recommend you identify where to shut-off the water to your home in case you experience a break.

Residents are asked to call 972-744-4111 for assistance.

Residents are encouraged to visit the City’s website at cor.net/winterweather for updated information on closures and alterations to City services.
