MEETING INFORMATION City Plan Commission meetings are held in the Council Chambers in Richardson City Hall.
CPC meetings are generally held the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7 p.m. All regular and work session meeting dates and locations are published on the City’s website at www.cor.net/council. Meetings will be streamed live on the City's website at www.cor.net/CITV and available to view on-demand. It will not be available on U-Verse Channel 99 or Spectrum Channel 16 until connections can be restored. |
The City Planning Commission serves as an advisory body to the City Council in making recommendations relative to land use, public improvements, thoroughfare improvements, and planning issues. Specifically, the Commission is charged with the responsibility of reviewing zoning change applications, subdivision plats, development plans, site plans, and certain variance requests. City Plan Commission meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month.
