Summer officially begins in Richardson Saturday, June 3 with Splash Day, an annual event featuring free admission at all City pools. On Splash Day, the four neighborhood pools (Canyon Creek, Cottonwood, Glenville and Terrace) will be open 1-8 p.m., while the Heights Family Aquatic Center will be open noon-8 p.m.

After Splash Day, daily admission is $4 per resident at the Heights Family Aquatic Center and $2 per resident at Canyon Creek, Cottonwood, Glenville and Terrace pools. Season passes may be purchased for $30-$45 depending on location.
