The Richardson Police Department in partnership with the North Texas Auto Theft Task Force will be providing free VIN etchings on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 from 10am - 1pm. The event is first come first served.

Location: Parking lot of 501 S. Plano Rd. (Target)
