City Plan Commission meetings will be held via videoconference, with the City Plan Commission, supporting staff, and the public participating remotely.
Members of the public are encouraged to watch City Plan Commission meetings online or on cable.
Citizens are entitled to participate in zoning public hearings remotely. To participate remotely, please call (214) 997-0297 during the meeting. Due to a 30 second to 1 minute video broadcast delay it is recommended to listen on your phone and mute all other audio sources if you wish to speak.
About the City Plan Commission
The City Plan Commission (CPC) makes recommendations regarding land use, public improvements, planning and zoning, and thoroughfare improvements. The CPC also reviews development plans and certain variance requests.
Meeting Documents
The Agenda and Agenda Packet (background documents) for the meeting are posted by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the CPC meeting date.
