NOTICE
This City Plan Commission meeting will be held in the Bank of America Theater at the Charles W. Eisemann Center for Performing Arts and Corporate Presentation and will not be televised. Due to social distancing, seating will be limited.
Members of the public are entitled to participate in zoning public hearings:
- Individuals attending the meeting in person will be allocated a maximum of 5 minutes to address the City Plan Commission to express whether they are in favor or oppose the request.
- Persons not attending the meeting who would like their views to be made a part of the public record may utilize the online Public Comment Card.
About the City Plan Commission
The City Plan Commission (CPC) makes recommendations regarding land use, public improvements, planning and zoning, and thoroughfare improvements. The CPC also reviews development plans and certain variance requests.

The Agenda and Agenda Packet (background documents) for the meeting are posted by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the CPC meeting date.
