City Plan Commission Meetings are held in the City Council Chambers. Due to social distancing, seating in the Council Chambers will be limited. Members of the public are encouraged to watch City Plan Commission meetings online or on cable
Members of the public are entitled to participate in zoning public hearings:
- Individuals attending the meeting in person will be allocated a maximum of 5 minutes to address the City Plan Commission to express whether they are in favor or oppose the request.
- Persons not attending the meeting who would like their views to be made a part of the public record can utilize the online Public Comment Card.
About the City Plan Commission
The City Plan Commission (CPC) makes recommendations regarding land use, public improvements, planning and zoning, and thoroughfare improvements. The CPC also reviews certain development plan, plat, and variance requests.
Meeting Documents
The Agenda and Agenda Packet (background documents) for the meeting are posted by 6:00 p.m. the Friday before the CPC meeting date.
