MEETING INFORMATION

Due to fire damage at City Hall, City Plan Commission meetings have been temporarily relocated to the Richardson Independent School District Administration Building located at 400 S. Greenville Ave., Richardson, TX 75081.

All meetings and work sessions will be broadcast live on the City's website at www.cor.net/CITV and available to view on-demand. Due to fire damage at City Hall, meetings are currently not be available to view on U-Verse Channel 99 or Spectrum Channel 16.

About the City Plan Commission

The City Plan Commission (CPC) makes recommendations regarding land use, public improvements, planning and zoning, and thoroughfare improvements. The CPC also reviews certain development plan, plat, and variance requests.

Meeting Documents

The Agenda and Agenda Packet (background documents) for the meeting are posted by 6:00 p.m. the Friday before the CPC meeting date.
