Avant Chamber Ballet presents Christopher Wheeldon's "The American" pas de deux, Mikhail Fokine's "Dying Swan," Katie Puder's "Italian Suite," and the world premiere of the new ballet "Exactly Woven," all with live chamber music. For the first time Avant Chamber Ballet will host a guest company, Dark Circles Contemporary Dance, in "Jjigae" with Los Angeles-based Korean vocalist June Lee performing. Tickets: $20-$25.
