Richardson City Council Members, City Staff, Half Price Books employees and volunteers helped Half Price Books celebrate its 40th anniversary by planting 40 trees at Cottonwood Park April 28. The planting was coordinated by the Texas Trees Foundation and is part of the City’s Tree the Town initiative that has a goal to plant 50,000 trees in Richardson by the year 2020.
