Become part of our Doggy Day Out Program

Help our adoptable dogs get out of the shelter for a while and give them a chance to be out in the public in order to increase exposure and hopefully find a forever home!

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license
  • Completed the Volunteer Orientation and application forms at this link: Volunteer Orientation
  • Complete the Doggy Day Out application form

Children under 17 who are interested in volunteering will need a Parent or Guardian to go through Orientation to become a foster, volunteer, or doggy day out volunteer.

Parents/Guardians will be required to supervise children at all times. Children will not be able to receive hours for school or community service until they complete their own Orientation at age 18.
