Fire Administration Division

The Administration Division of the Richardson Fire Department is led by the Assistant Chief of Administration and oversees:

  • Fire Department Finance including: budgeting, purchasing, payroll and accounts payable.
  • Fire Department Facilities including:  facilities master planning, facilities liaison and maintenance agreements.
  • Department apparatus, equipment and supplies.
  • Department personnel's uniforms, PPE, equipment and supplies.
  • Department records management, systems management, maintenance and oversight.
  • Information management and technical support liaison.
  • Human Resources liaison for employee benefits, oversight and personnel services.
  • Contracts administration.
