All liquid waste transportation trucks require a permit and proper manifest trip tickets.

Liquid Waste Permit Fee:  $150.00
Liquid Waste Manifest Books:  $15.00 each (20 trip tickets each)

An appointment is required to have your truck inspected.  To schedule an appointment to have your truck inspected, please call 972-744-4080 or email askrichardsonhealth@cor.gov.

Your inspection will be done at the City of Richardson Civic Center, located at:

411 W Arapaho Road
Richardson Tx  75080

Please bring...

• Completed application; and
• Permit fee (including cost of manifest book(s) if needed)

When you arrive...

• Park in the far south parking lot
• Bring in your application (double door entrance closest to Central Exp)
• Let the inspector or person at the front desk know if you will need manifest books

Payment for your permit and books will be taken AFTER  your truck passes inspection.
