NOTICE: Any payment is considered a No Contest plea. A Defendant entering a plea of Guilty or No Contest to a violation will result in a finding of Guilt by the Court, a conviction will be reported, and the violation will be placed on the Defendant’s record.

NOTICE: IF YOUR CASE(s) ARE ACTIVE WARRANT(s), the request for Payment Extension or Payment Plan will NOT be processed by the Court UNTIL you have paid a good-faith payment (i.e. $50 per warrant) in order for the Warrant(s) to be lifted and this request is then officially filed with the Court for processing. YOUR WARRANT WILL REMAIN ACTIVE and YOU ARE SUBJECT TO ARREST UNTIL YOUR PAYMENT stated above and related to this request is successfully processed by the Court.

COIN POLICY

The Court is not able to accept more than $2 in unrolled coins or $10.00 in rolled coin for payments.  

Any customers with amounts larger than $2 in unrolled coins or $10.00 in rolled coins will need to take the currency to a bank or similar facility and exchange for paper currency, a money order, or a cashier’s check.
