To reserve these facilities, follow these guidelines:

• Richardson residents may reserve pavilions up to 90 days in advance (Verification will be required by providing a driver's license or current utility bill.)
• Non-residents may reserve pavilions up to 30 days in advance.
• New reservations cannot be made within 2 days of the requested date.
• The party for which you are reserving must be 25 members or greater.
• No alcohol or amplification of sound is allowed in the park.
• Weddings and bounce houses are allowed but require special approval. Please submit a Special Use Request Form, located at the bottom of this page. 

Please Note: There is a Pavilion Reservation Fee required to reserve these locations. The fee are as follows:

Residents: $25 for the first 2 hours and each additional hour is $10. The minimum charge is $25 (Renting Breckinridge Park Pavilions A & B is $50 for the first two hours, and each additional hour is $20.)

Non-residents: $50 for the first 2 hours and each additional hour is $20.  The minimum charge is $50 (Renting Breckinridge Park Pavilions A & B is $100 for the first two hours, and each additional hour is $40.)

Special Use Request Form

Special Use Requests may be approved for private events taking place in our parks. If your event includes extra tents, amplified sound, a bounce house, catering or food trucks, or other extra things you’d like to set up in the park, please fill out the Special Use Request Form and send it to AskRichardsonParks@cor.gov.
