Because the City of Richardson is a “Bag City” and not a “Trash Can Receptacle City”, the City offers its residents the opportunity to inexpensively buy trash and recycling bags that meet City Code requirements. These bags are available at the following locations:

Vending Machine
In addition to the locations listed above, you can also pick up blue recycling bags through vending machines at the Municipal Court, Fire Station 3, Fire Station 6 and the Service Center.
Residents may redeem blue bag letters and vouchers at Heights Recreation Center and Huffhines Recreation Center.

Regular Trash:

- Nonresident: $10.50
