ON-LINE AUCTIONS

The City of Richardson contracts with René Bates Auctioneers, Inc. to dispose of surplus city property and police confiscated property. 

René Bates Auctioneers, Inc. provides online auctions at least twice per year at the city's request. All City of Richardson auction dates will be posted on www.renebates.com.

Special items to be auctioned such as a fire truck or ambulance may be scheduled for auction as the vehicle/equipment becomes available.

All items sold at city auctions are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without warranty expressed or implied. The city reserves the right to withdraw this offer or any individual item offered at any time or for any reason prior to or after auction.  All notices of pending auctions will be posted in The Dallas Morning News, and on www.renebates.com.

 

IMPOUND VEHICLE AUCTIONS

The City of Richardson contracts with Signature Towing to provide impound services. Signature Towing schedules public auctions for impounded vehicles on the first Wednesday of each month.
