The City of Richardson is in the process of updating our electronic procurement software. Solicitations that started September 30, 2024, and prior are available to be downloaded through Periscope Holdings, https://www.periscopeholdings.com/s2g.  Solicitations posted after September 30, 2024, are available to be downloaded through Bonfire Interactive, https://cor.bonfirehub.com/. 

Vendor Registration-Periscope

In order to receive notification of all City of Richardson bid or proposal solicitations, we request that you register with Periscope (formerly Bidsync). Prospective bidders may view our current bids as follows:

• If you are a current member of Periscope (formerly Bidsync), please login at https://www.bidsync.com/bidsync-cas/ and search for the City of Richardson bid page.
• If you are not currently a member of Periscope (formerly Bidsync), you must register at https://prod.bidsync.com/the-city-of-richardson before you are able to view the City of Richardson’s current bids.
