Active Transportation Plan
Creating a Active Transportation Plan (ATP) was the next step in building an safe, accessible and well-connected environment for mobility in the City of Richardson. The ATP serves as a road map for short and long-term priorities addressing non-motorized transportation facility connections. This plan presents a new action plan to improve active transportation that benefits the Richardson community through appropriate facility solutions and policy and program recommendations.
