The City of Richardson is offering a great option to help people pay their water bills every month. Electronic billing or “E-Billing” is secure and convenient, saving you a trip to our Water Customer Service Desk at City Hall, but customers must register to go paperless and have their bill sent via e-mail.

E-billing gives you the ability to visit our payment portal to view account information and make payments online. As a reminder, by electing to begin e-billing, you will no longer receive a paper utility bill from the City of Richardson. Instead people will receive an e-mail.
