The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) considers requests for variances to the City zoning and fence ordinances (i.e., setbacks, height, lot coverage, building materials and fence height and location).

• ZBA meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month (as needed).
• The 2024 ZBA Calendar list Meeting Dates and Application Deadlines for regularly scheduled meetings.

Note: After a variance need has been determined by the Building Inspection Department, applicants must schedule a meeting with the appropriate member of the Development Services Department prior to the submittal deadline by calling 972-744-4240.
