We have received word that several North Texas cities are experiencing 9-1-1 service outages.

Richardson is not one of the impacted communities and 9-1-1 service is working normally for our community.

We are including a link for the North Central Texas Council of Governments that provides some information and details on the impacted communities and how to contact emergency services if needed in those areas.
