    The Richardson Public Library (RPL) is returning to its regular hours starting Monday, Sept. 27. The hours are Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
