Zoning Board of Adjustment meetings will be held via videoconference, with the Zoning Board of Adjustment, supporting staff, and the public participating remotely.

Members of the public are entitled to participate in the conversation remotely. To participate remotely, please call (214) 997-0297 during the meeting.

About the Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) meets to consider requests for variances to the City zoning and fence ordinances (i.e. building setbacks, height, lot coverage, and materials, and fence height and location.

The Agenda and Agenda Packet (background documents) for the meeting are posted by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the ZBA meeting date.
