This Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting will be held in the Bank of America Theater at the Charles W. Eisemann Center for Performing Arts and Corporate Presentation. Due to social distancing, seating will be limited.

About the Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) meets to consider requests for variances to the City zoning and fence ordinances (i.e. building setbacks, height, lot coverage, and materials, and fence height and location.

The Agenda and Agenda Packet (background documents) for the meeting are posted by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the ZBA meeting date.
