The calendar below lists all upcoming City Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustment meetings, as well as City Council meetings that include zoning public hearings. Agendas and Agenda Packets are posted in the calendar entries for each meeting by the Friday prior to the meeting.

About the Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) meets to consider requests for variances to the City zoning and fence ordinances (i.e. building setbacks, height, lot coverage, and materials, and fence height and location.

Meeting Documents

The Agenda and Agenda Packet (background documents) for the meeting are posted by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the ZBA meeting date.
