Richardson 911 Services Working Normally

Richardson 9-1-1 working normally and not impacted by area outage.

We have received word that several North Texas cities are experiencing 9-1-1 service outages.

Richardson is not one of the impacted communities and 9-1-1 service is working normally for our community.

We are including a link for the North Central Texas Council of Governments that provides some information and details on the impacted communities and how to contact emergency services if needed in those areas.

Please use the link for information and please DO NOT call Richardson 911 to check to see if it is working.
