Fines may be paid over the Internet, 24 hours a day, using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. There is transaction fee for payment via the Internet. To pay by Internet, please read the following instructions very carefully. Before using this service, you must know your citation number, the date of the offense, the driver’s license, date of birth, or vehicle number. If you do not have this information, you must contact the Court at (972) 744-4500, during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM Central Standard Time.

 "I am ready to PAY"

Only payments for the FULL fine amount will be accepted using the Internet.

• You CANNOT use this service to pay a case that is in warrant status. (Call the court first)
• You CANNOT use this service to pay a fine for a person in jail. 
• You CANNOT use this service to pay cash bond. 
• You CANNOT use this service to pay any dismissal fee. 
• You CANNOT use this service to pay any alternative sentencing option such as a driving safety course .

You may pay your Deferred Disposition fee online ONLY if you have already been granted Deferred. Your Deferred paperwork will be mailed to the address on file.

Your payment will be recorded as a plea of "No Contest".

This system will reflect the current balance due for each violation as of midnight (12:00 a.m.) the previous business day.

If you are paying by the appearance date on your citation, the amount reflected on the system is the standard fine for that violation. If you are paying beyond the appearance due date listed on your citation, the fine has increased and the late fine will be reflected on this system.

If you have an active warrant, you may not use this system to pay the fine. Your fine reflects late fees and warrants fees. You must appear in person or call the Court at (972) 744-4500 to discuss your options.

If you are a juvenile, an individual under the age of seventeen, or a parent or guardian of a juvenile, you may not use this service and should contact the court at (972) 744-4500.

The system will give you a confirmation number when your transaction is complete. Please keep this number for future reference of your payment.
